About Sonya Wilson
I’ve always been a creative individual. I stumbled upon pour painting on YouTube and instantly became addicted, about a year ago. It is something that I can do with my children. I allow them to pick most of the colors and then I pour.
I have absolutely no formal training. I hope you can have an open mind and find something in my pieces that will uplift you; as much as my experience I’ve had with my children, to create the piece.
I was introduced to African waist bead by a coworker. I think they are absolutely beautiful. I liked the idea that you don't have to be what society considers the perfect size to wear them. You can wear them with or without clothing. You can wear them for you or for others to adore. Most ladies enjoy how they look around their waist along with their swimsuits. Simply put... I like the versatility of the piece.
I love being boundless and limitless. I love freedom. I ask you to take the journey with me and find something that allows you to express who you really are. YOU just might be shocked at what you learn about You. (smile). Remember... it's ok to be different!
Help me support my Asperger twins.
Thank you,
Sonya
